Where do we ship to?

We ship to most locations in the United States of America (USA). Boxes and some remote areas. For remote zip codes, see the list below.

What are your shipping options and charges?

When you put an item in your cart and place an order, it calculates the shipping cost based on the weight and size of the item, the mode of transportation you choose, and the destination of the item. When you check out, you will be prompted to select a mode of transportation. However, certain items can only be shipped using standard shipping options.

Your total shipping fee will be calculated automatically during checkout before your order is completed and you will receive the actual total shipping fee for your order during checkout.

Shipping policies and delivery Windows are subject to change. In cases where national carriers are not available, we may use other local third party carriers to provide services to our customers.

The time of delivery

Please note that shipping times are longer than we would like due to the increased demand for products ordered online since COVID-19. Currently, your order will take 6-8 business days to arrive, depending on the location.

Each mode of shipping has its own restrictions and fees that will apply to your order and are based on a simple calculation of order processing time and actual shipping time during the working day. Please note that weekdays are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays in the United States of America (USA).

Oversized items may be delayed because of special delivery requirements. This delay will be noted in the tracking details of your order. We can’t rush these products.

Please note that we cannot ship larger items to a Po Box number. If we are unable to deliver your order to the address provided, we will attempt to contact you to verify the address or may have to cancel the order.

Are there any rules or restrictions I should know about?

Please note the following:

– Orders are shipped on weekdays only. Weekdays are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 PM, excluding HOLIDAYS in the United States (USA).

– Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or certain rural route addresses.

– It may not be possible to deliver oversized items directly to customers in some remote areas, or additional shipping costs may be incurred. In these cases, a customer service representative will contact you to discuss how to process your order.

– Please allow extra shipping and handling time for all oversized products shipped through freight companies. We can’t rush these products.

– Freight charges for shipping items include transporting items to the garage or front door. The item will not be delivered in the house or apartment. For deliveries in apartment buildings, if a concierge is there to accept them, the delivery may be left at the building’s gate.

How do I determine if a project is available?

If an item is available on our website, you will see a green check mark next to “Home delivery” or “Free in-store pickup today” on the product details page.

If you do not see the green check mark, the item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be ordered at that time. An item may apply to “home delivery,” but not to “free in-store pickup today,” and vice versa.

Do you have anything for extra freight?

Some of our items require extra shipping time and surcharges. These exceptions will be noted on the product details page for each applicable item.

Items How to handle large items?

Because of size and weight, oversized items must be shipped by a freight company. Expedited shipments are not available, so they are shipped by road. Oversized items usually arrive 7-14 full business days after leaving our warehouse. If you order additional products, they will be shipped separately. Send this item as a gift? Please include the recipient’s telephone number. Recipients will be called to set delivery dates (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays).

Please note that shipping companies are not responsible for transporting items internally. Delivery charges include delivering items to the garage or front door. The item will not be delivered in the house or apartment. For deliveries within an apartment building, if a concierge service is available, the delivery may be left at the building’s gate. As the item may be heavy and large, we recommend that you have someone with you to help you unload the item.

Delivered packages What happens if a package is returned to you because it is undeliverable?

Every once in a while, we get a package returned to us because it can’t be delivered. When this happens, we will refund the full price and tax. Freight is not refundable.

Why was the package returned to you because it could not be delivered?

– We may receive undeliverable packages for the following reasons: –

Missing house or unit number

– Missing street name, city or province

– Zip code

Incorrect – delivery failed or not picked up from local warehouse within 5 working days.

– Rejected by the recipient.

How can I find my order status?

To find your order status: –

Select the “Track My Order” link at the bottom of any page. –

If you already have an account, log in under the Register Customer section and click the order number to view the order

. – If you are not a registered customer or do not want to log in, please enter your order number, email address and zip code

. – After your order is shipped, the status will be updated from processing to shipped. You will be sent an email with a tracking number. Transportation companies may not be able to provide tracking numbers for up to 48 working hours.

When can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are almost immediately assigned to packages in our warehouse and appear in shipping confirmation emails sent to you. It can take up to 48 hours or more to check the package into the carrier’s tracking system. Please note that this means that even if your package has left our warehouse, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for 48 hours or more.

My order is late. What should I do?

If you have any problems with your order, please check the order status in your account. If the item appears shipped, you can track your package through the carrier using the tracking number provided in the shipped email.

Tracking information will be provided for orders shipped by traceable means. Please check this information (if any) and read through the following options:

If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, construction managers, or in relatively safe places like your porch, garage, or even behind a bush.

If the tracking information indicates that the package is being returned to us, or the address is incorrect, it may not be delivered.

Check your email: You entered an email address at checkout. We will email this address so that you can keep up to date with the status of your order.

Email about your order before you place your order

After that, you will receive an email about the status of your order. Here are some examples of emails you might receive:

Order Confirmation: This email confirms that we have received your order and includes your order number. We recommend that you keep this email for your records.

Shipping Confirmation: This email confirms that your order or part of your order has been shipped.If there are any remaining items in your order that have not been shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of each item. The arrival time of your order depends on the selected mode of transportation, the item itself, and the destination address specified for the item. The tracking number will be included in this email.

Important notice about your order: You are receiving this email for several reasons, including: difficulty processing your order, inability to ship your item to the address provided, or cancellation of the order.

Delivery of your items to your order

The delivery date depends on when the order leaves our warehouse, the destination address of the item, and the mode of shipment. Please remember that weekdays are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States of America (USA). You can read more about delivery times and shipping options on our shipping methods and Costs page. When your order is delivered, you should immediately check the carton for any potential damage that may occur during transit. Double check the package and the contents of the package.

Change or cancel your order

After clicking submit, you may not be able to cancel part of your order or the entire order. You can contact our customer service for assistance, but our cancellation time is very limited for your orders as our system is designed to complete orders and get them on the road as quickly as possible. We will try to contact the warehouse but cannot guarantee cancellation.

Due to order processing difficulties

Cancellations or parts of orders may sometimes be cancelled for various reasons. Some of the reasons are:

– The project is unavailable.

– Your payment information could not be verified.

– Shipping address cannot be verified.

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified of your order by email. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
